Responsibilities Identify potential revenue growth and revenue retention opportunities across the Small and Medium Business portfolioCreate and push opportunities to sales reps to support them increase in quarter advertiser retention, improving budget utilization and driving overall advertiser performanceProactively troubleshoot and optimize campaigns with sales repsTrack, analyze and communicate key quantitative insights and trends to leadership and sales reps in relation to future optimization opportunity Work collaboratively with leadership and sales reps to develop and test new sales motionsProvide feedback to global program management around the success of different sales motions and optimizations Requirements: Bilingual in English3 or more years of experience in direct selling, preferably in online marketingProven success supporting others to help them achieve sales quotas.Proven track record of executing tasks on time and successfully.Highly motivated by the success of others.Ability to learn quickly and maintain current, comprehensive knowledge of the Pinterest’s products and servicesVery strong analytical and reporting skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, Google’s g suite and Salesforce or other CRM toolsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including outstanding telephone presenceTech-savvy with an affinity for innovative and emerging technologySelf-reliant, adaptable, decisive, and professional; able to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environmentKnowledge of the latest trends associated with online marketingTeam player / collaborative operating style Data Protection Requirement Adhere to all N3 Data Protection policies, standards, and procedures per your role. Take required continuing education courses in Data Protection at N3 for your role.
