You will be collaborating on a day-to-day basis with our Product Managers, Engineers, Quality Assurance Analysts, Designers and clients.Role expectationsBe an ambassador for high performance, leadership, and teamwork inside ArcTouch.Drive the creation of a release capacity plan based on a high-level scope – involving all relevant internal stakeholders – to inform the pre-sales effort.Develop a resourcing plan and negotiate the allocation of the people who best-suite your project’s needs to guarantee its success.Be the servant leader who acts as the glue that holds your project team together, removing blockers, mediating conflicts, and always keeping everyone focused on achieving the project goals.Keep close track of project budget, always looking for ways to improve the project’s profitabilityProactive problem-solving. Believes in a hands-on approach to project management.Use your keen communication and an advanced-fluent English speaking skills to provide timely and precise information to ArcTouch executives and Client key stakeholders.Use your strong organization skills to facilitate effective project ceremonies (dailies, plannings, retrospectives, etc..).Utilize data-driven decision making to guide your project team through continuous and sustainable improvements to their workflow.Be capable of supporting the company’s leadership to explore new business opportunities, and even spearheading some of them.Participate in the hiring process for your chapter by doing tech interviews, helping the company to hire more talented people like you.On a day with us you willCollaborate on the project/product strategy creation and execution;Work with the teams to balance competing demands for customer value, quality, scope, time, and cost;Identify and manage project risks, escalating them when necessary;Manage the team’s workflow, ensuring the team is constantly improving their process without losing sight of the product effectiveness.Ensure the team’s decisions are based on ArcTouch core values.Maintain an unblocking “to-do” list and execute it to keep everyone unblocked and moving forward;Be client facing reporting clear information to internal and external stakeholders;Identify and keep track of project deliverables, making sure the team understands the scope and that commitment are honored;Facilitate and maintain comprehensive project documentation when applicable.BenefitsHealth, dental and life insurancesMeal allowanceTransportation allowanceGympass partnershipSESC partnershipExtended maternity, paternity and adopting Leaves Flexible benefits: choose the ones that best fits your current needs – wellness, courses, events, child care and much more!Flexible hours
