Because it’s the best-run businesses that make the world run better and improve people’s lives.PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES The Executive Recruiting team at SAP is responsible for recruiting the world’s best-in-class talent at the VP level and above across every board area in the Americas geography. We are looking for a motivated individual to join the Executive Recruiting team in Latin America, to manage the candidate experience for our NA and LAC customers and participate in related projects and tasks to drive this important service forward. MAIN EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS Act as primary point-of-contact for candidates, second only to the respective executive recruiters. Schedule confidential interviews and HRBP/ hiring manager activities. Manage candidate and hiring team expectations through the interview process on the protocol and next steps. Support the Executive Recruiting team in maintaining and updating open requisitions in SuccessFactors & other SAP tools. Execute on and deliver bi-weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports to our North America and Latin America leadership teams. Create executive-level presentations and market mappings. Participate in important project work related to executive hiring and delivering an exemplary candidate experience for our executives. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Fundamental knowledge of MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Detail-oriented and analytical; process oriented; creative. Good interpersonal communication, time management, problem-solving skills, and executive presence. Ability to network with senior-level executives and team members. Proactive team player able to work well under pressure. Ability to work on own initiatives as part of a virtual team; capable of working independently upon receiving proper instruction and guidance. Strong writing skills in English.
