Objective: Work in partnership with the Human Resources Manager Business Partner, working with topics related to Organizational Development. Responsibilities: • Support in the development and implementation of the Human Resources strategy in order to support the Research & Development and Business Sustainability areas and providing support for the HR Business Partner Manager under its management; • Support in the development and implementation of Human Resources solutions related to the processes of people such as: Performance Management, Talent and Succession Management, Leadership and Team Development, Culture and Organizational Climate, Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Attraction for the areas of Research & Development and Business Sustainability; • Act as a (a) consultant (o) for topics related to Human Resources, generating a link between managers, teams and business; • Support Human Resources projects and organizational changes in partner areas, propose solutions that are of value to people, to the business and that are sustainable; • Leading actions of the Disability People Affinity Group; • Strengthen the teams’ agile and innovative culture. QualificationsRequirements: • Complete higher education; • Generalist HR experience – focused on the implementation and execution of processes related to all HR subsystems (preferably themes focused on the Organizational Development part); • Experience focused on acting as an HR / HRBP partner, connecting business demands with HR solutions; • Advanced English; • Domain of Office suite tools (Excel, Power Point). Location: São Paulo / SP Important: Availability for travel.
