Whether you’re on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product’s journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you’ll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.The Google Assistant is a way for people to get help from Google in a more personal way, and in this role, you will help grow and streamline how Marketing operates in this space. You will build strategic Marketing plans, getting to know LATAM users and product opportunities to influence roadmaps and cross-functional teams. As an Associate Product Marketing Manager (APMM), you will be part of the APMM Program. The program provides the skills you will need to become an excellent digital Marketer. Responsibilities Advocate for user insights and product data, developing actionable data-driven insights that will influence product development and requests.Work with peers and stakeholders to shape product roadmap, develop capabilities and help set the vision of the products.Establish and manage project timelines, content creation, execution and setup of our success.Leverage marketing insights to better know our customers and represent the user.Collaborate with diverse teams to establish a cohesive plan for consumer communications through owned channels. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.3 years of experience in executing marketing campaigns at consumer goods or Internet company.Ability to speak and write in Portuguese and English fluently.Preferred qualifications:Experience partnering with product management and engineering on developing new products or features.Ability to influence at all levels and to work effectively across functions and geographies.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to create and maintain operational processes.Excellent data analysis, quantitative reasoning, and strategic skills. Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
