We want to build something with the potential to change the heart of our industry, and we’d love to include your unique perspective.Opportunity As a Data Insights Coordinator you’ll be a trusted partner to the Media Team through strategic insights and cross-functional collaboration to identify and build narratives regarding media and data strategies used by clients. In your role you will be a key partner to drive clients media maturity.Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication, strategic and detail-oriented skills shapes how to best approach new ideas through data with clients. You’re able to quickly build relationships with teammates, cross functional partners, and existing clients. Responsibilities Connect and analyze the Consumer Journey, looking for business opportunitiesBuild Analytics Media and Social Listening analyze from scratch to successfully translate KPIs into business actionsMap and recommend , from 1st and 3rd Party data, what is the Consumer Clustering to instigate behavior changes, as wells as reward valuable consumers;Improve User experience by investigating the pain points and opportunities from our Social Channels and Media BuyingMaster Web Analytics to recommend and improve our chances of recruiting consumers – improve traffic and conversionMonitor main KPIs to improve Campaign Performance and quickly act to reach its objectives.Connect with Content and Media Strategy to ensure government of reports – to improve Sufficiency, Efficiency and EffectivenessCreation of reports in Data Visualizations Tools (DataStudio, Power BI, Tableau…) considering different data sources Minimum Qualifications Experience in Business IntelligenceAbility to recommend actions oriented to business, connecting multi sourced analysis;Storytelling skills to engage audience and influence commercial plans;Technical skills: Experience with Power BI/ Tableau/Data Studio/Datorama, Facebook Ads/BM, Google Ads, DV, Google Analytics, Social Listening ToolsExperience in sales, business development and/or account management.Ability to speak and write in English fluently
