About the role:

The Digital Marketing Manager is a digital change agent across the Barry Callebaut organization in South LATAM. The person will be leading and supporting implementation of digital projects to ensure agile execution: dealing with digital partners, supporting drafting strategies, planning & follow-up. Define in alignment with brand marketers the content strategy for web sites, inbound marketing, CRM projects & Social Media ecosystems

 The Digital Marketing Manager will report with a solid line to the Head of Marketing South LATAM.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver digital marketing proposals aligned with company strategy that drive customer acquisition and meet regional/local traffic targets;
  • Ensuring a consistent presence on social networks;
  • Develop & coordinate regional/local content plans;
  • Track conversion rates and making improvements to the websites;
  • Provide reporting and analysis for digital activity;
  • Perform SEO audits;
  • Provide insights & KPI’s follow-up using tracking and analytical tools;
  • Keep up-to-date with technological and market developments to ensure exploration of new digital opportunities;
  • Management of budget and financial aspects of the area.
  • About you:

  • Bachelor Degree on Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or similar. MBA is highly desired;
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese is mandatory. Fluent Spanish is highly desired;
  • Proven digital marketing experience;
  • Relevant qualification or certification in digital media/marketing, communication, or social media or equivalent practical experience.
  • Expertise with social media, web strategy, display advertising, lead generation, user acquisition and engagement, Google Analytics, AdWords, SEO/SEM/PPC.
  • Using analytics tools to create insightful evaluations;
  • Demonstrated practical experience in website content management and creation and in using a Content Management System;
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Presentation skills highly required
  • Understanding of sales and marketing funnel (contacts, leads, prospects, opportunities) and marketing automation tools, i.e. Salesforce and Pardot;
  • Eye for design aesthetics;
  • Experience with Marketing Automation;
  • Confident with Google analytics and other analysis tools;
  • Innovative and creative, ability to engage others regarding new ideas and projects;
  • Project Management skills;
  • Strategic and Analytical profile.
