You also have: Bachelor’s DegreeMinimum 4+ years of experience in pay-per-click (PPC) management for SEM campaigns, programmatic display, and SEOThe ability to manage a budget while working on 100+ campaignsEvaluate campaign effectiveness by analyzing KPI’s, identifying areas for improvement, and providing recommendationsEffective project management skills, strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsBasic knowledge of key business measures–sales, gross margin, Ol, etc.Computer proficiency to include Microsoft Office Suite.What You’ll DoThe eCommerce Media Manager is responsible for the planning, buying, execution and reporting of digital media campaigns for our Global Tools & Storage (GTS) brand including, but not limited to, DEWALT, BLACK+DECKER, CRAFTSMAN, IRWIN, PORTER-CABLE, and BOSTITCH. The eCommerce Media Manager will develop disruptive digital media campaigns that efficiently drive sales. This role reports to the Director, eCommerce Performance Marketing and collaborates cross-functionally with sales, channel and brand teams, as well as agency partners. Primary responsibilities include:Responsibilities:Primarily focused on driving point of sale on retailer platforms through search, digital marketing, marketing events, and other strategic initiativesHyper focus on BLACK+DECKER, CRAFTSMAN, DEWALT, and IRWIN branded products sold by SBD on eCommerce retailers, like HomeDepot.com and Lowes.comPartner with cross functional partners such as sales, channel marketing, finance, brand and eCommerce teamsWork with their corresponding EANZ and GEM counterparts to share best practices globally Lead the relationship with the SBD sales teams and media agency, negotiate packages/pricing, and manage an annual budgetJob specifications:Manage overall merchandising strategy in alignment with sales goals and key initiativesLeverage their creative marketing skill to develop unique programs that align with sales goalsStrong communication skills that can simplify and report out campaign results and performance with recommended changes to optimize investmentManage and maintain investment budget for merchandising activities- be able to analyze financial metrics to determine ROI for any given programLead and execute content initiatives leveraging the platform to deliver optimal end user experienceLead SEO initiatives to deliver maximum organic search resultsMaintain and manage proper brand experience across multiple merchandising platforms and initiativesOpen and collaborative mind set to work in a matrixed organization, gather the latest trends, and be able to communicate and implement them across the business Presentation skills- Share best practices and consult other regional ecommerce teamsNegotiation and account management skills- Manage retail media teams, agency relationships and budget for all marketing servicesBenefits & PerksYou’ll get a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits plan that includes medical, dental, life, vision, wellness program, disability, 401k, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, Paid Time Off, including paid vacation, holidays & personal days, and tuition reimbursement.
