Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google’s key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.Our Product Solutions Specialist (PSS) team partners closely with all Google’s areas and is a key strategic driver to empower our Large Customer Sales teams. In this role, you will help advertisers and agencies develop and leverage digital solutions that build stronger businesses and brands. You will cover Video Action Solutions and work closely with Measurement, Creative and Cross-Product Specialists to develop robust and innovative digital video strategies. Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We’re uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google’s broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences. Responsibilities Create content that will convince senior audiences (Board members, CEOs, and other C-level) to effect profound digital transformationsDevelop a keen understanding of particular industries and clients, leveraging Google and third-party data to generate consumer and business insightsAlign internal stakeholders to form a “Google point-of-view” on topics where there is little consensus (e.g. Brand Building on YouTube)Master Google solutions but understand that they are only part of the broader digital transformation – which often also includes changes in the client’s organization and technology stackPresent to senior executives using a mix of traditional business language and creative storytelling, bringing the magic of the Partner Plex even to our virtual sessionsMinimum qualifications:5 years of experience in Digital Marketing products.5 years of experience in a role involving cross-functional alignment and exposure to executive/leadership stakeholders.Ability to speak and write in English and Portuguese fluently.Preferred qualifications:Partner with Global Product Leads and GTM Americas on the product and feature roadmap, helping to shape the future of video4action product solutions. Advocate for products that fit priority business opportunities by business sector and Pods.Project management of key product initiatives and communications to ensure consistent and well executed deployment at scale. Ability to identify operational improvements and deploy process optimizations at scale.
