You will face a disruptive and emerging business model that will push you in several areas, with no boundaries for creation and collaboration.THE OPPORTUNITYWe are looking for a Global Marketing Coordinator to our Marketing team in São Paulo!The Gympass Wellbeing Engagement team helps clients build a wellbeing corporate culture through services and programs designed to help their employees live happier and healthier lives. Our goal is to make wellbeing universal – for everyone, anywhere and everywhere. Our team is seeking a hands-on professional with a strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills to coordinate Global Wellbeing Engagement Communication hand in hand with our Regional teams. YOUR IMPACT Manage and support the development, production and delivery of Global and Regional communication strategies that aim to improve employee enrolment and sign-up rate within our current clients;Map out opportunities to enhance our processes and turn the Wellbeing Engagement Team into a more efficient and process-oriented area;Be in touch with several internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis and will be responsible for the daily execution and management of our campaigns;By managing these initiatives and helping implement successful processes, this person will help the Regional Engagement and Commercial Teams to enhance the value perception of the services we provide for our Gympass clients;Support the deployment of Wellbeing Culture Transformation through communication initiatives;Constant interaction with Regional Wellbeing Team and other stakeholders in order to coordinate Global and Local communication strategies;Manage the development and implementation of Global and Regional communication calendars according to our SLAs alongside our Branding Team and Agency, ensuring clear ownership and accountability;Be the guardian of the Gympass brand and principles in the Wellbeing Engagement team – guarantee that our initiatives and communication assets accurately portray our brand and are aligned with our values and main OKRs;Map out Global and Regional opportunities to improve our ways of work with an active approach and collaborate with cross-functional teams from different countries to create and implement these new processes;Support our Global and Regional areas to ensure that the Wellbeing Engagement team has everything it needs to make wellbeing universal. WHO YOU ARE Education / Capabilities 4 + years experience in Communication areas and Project Management;Vast experience working with creative teams, ad agencies, media vehicles and production companies;Global team player with fluent written, verbal & conceptual skills in both English and Portuguese;Experience in innovation projects management;Analytical skills and ability to track results with a structured and organized mindset;Have an escalable mindset to create and deploy standard internal processes in order to generate a wide and significant impact in our team’s daily lives;Familiarity with Google packages, such as Google Sheets and Slides. It’s a bonus, but don’t worry if you don’t have: Experience working close to HR Department Soft Skills Amazing writing and verbal communication skills – including presentation skills;Relationship-building and stakeholder management are a must;Excellent planning, problem solving, and interpersonal skills;Have a strong sense of ownership and determination to get things done, with eagerness to grow with hands-on mindset;Proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously;Passion for changes and adapt yourself easily to new scenarios;Thrives in fast-paced environments with tight but manageable deadlines;Strong team player;Overall good spirit.
