This leadership position has primary responsibility to lead BAU activities by ensuring that requests for internal users and external clients are completed following security best practices, guidelines set by the Global Information Security Policy and adherence to the ISO27001 principles and guidance. Act as the overall point of contact for all escalations related to Global BAU activities as well as leading additional functions such as event management process, training, audit support and work coordination. This position is both a governance and hands-on role and will have accountability for development and maintenance of the overall program to provide access to data or systems based on “principle of least privilege”. Additionally, this individual will have direct people management responsibilities for the GSA System Security Administration team responsible for the provisioning processes of both internal and external privileged and non-privileged users. As a leader, the GSA System Security Administration Manager will coach team members and nurture talent to develop a broad skillset relevant to their career development and goals Functions. Act as the primary interface between the GSA System Administration team and the business. Collaborate with other IDM and PAM managers to identify areas and opportunities for security uplift and operational efficiencies. Promote standardized identity and Access Management tools and processes across the organization globally. Manage and execute delivery against product and project roadmaps. Manage the day-to-day activities of the GSA System Administration team to ensure all functions are operating continuously and within SLA’s. Distribute a monthly report to stakeholders that outlines status on BAU SLA’s. Actively participate in strategic discussions with Information Security leaders. Act as a Mentor and coach to the GSA System Security Administration Team, ensure that each Analyst has an active training and development plan. Actively engage in assigned personal development activities. Responsibilities/Requirements Ensure that the team provides expert audit advice and management for both Internal & Client audits to ensure swift response, ownership of communication and regular updates. Ensures that the team provide expert technical input during audits Ensures that the team demonstrates and maintains a clear understanding of key IAM platforms and relationships to support all internal and client audits. Ensure that audit queries are dealt with effectively by the team in a reliable and efficient manner, thus meeting or exceeding client expectations Provides oversight and expert guidance on key IAM platforms, the specialism can be any aspect of information or communication technology, technique, method, product or application area. Ensures that both themselves and their team demonstrates the highest standards of customer service and appropriate behaviour at all times. Ensure that the team owns and manages the resolution of assigned audit actions within agreed timelines. Drive the team to identify patterns and trends across audits and take appropriate action to address root issues.
