To be bold is to apologize instead of asking for permission.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:• Coordinate established technical and professional learning sessions for all departments through outside development workshops, as necessary.• Ensure alignment of Learning programs, processes and projects with the strategic business objectives.• Experience to build the department from scratch or participate in a restructuring process of the department.• Coordinate training plans and development related to new role onboarding.• Periodically evaluate training effectiveness and needs through ongoing communication with stakeholders.• Support the leadership and train current employees based on the market needs through feedback sessions.• Create the culture of training with effective, including but not limited to: Digital platforms & learning modules, Live training and presentations, On the job learning, assignments and checklists, Ongoing development workshops and Virtual learning sessions / Distance learning.• Work with managers to identify training needs and partner with People Partner team to identifying opportunities to localize content and delivery.• Facilitate VTEX onboarding sessions for new employees in region / territory as necessary.• Ensure that HR systems are kept current.• Adopt and adapt existing learning practices, developing local approaches to manage an effective impact in the countries._WE WANT SOMEONE WHO HAS • People management experience.• Experience in providing multiple types of learning experiences, including but not limited to: Facilitating delivery to large and small groupsOnline / Virtual instructional delivery.• Speaks Portuguese and English fluently.
