The duty includes developing the quality control team, responsible for inspecting products at various stages and writing reports documenting production issues.The main function of the job revolves around noticing things that are out of place or imperfect. The successful candidate needs to have the ability to make good choices and judgments about when to discard a product or make repairs. Need to be able to act on their observations and make strategic suggestions about how to uphold quality standards and improve the accuracy and precision of outgoing shipments. Strong leadership skill who can motivate and train their team with relevant feedback and helpful suggestions.This position has an operational reporting line to the Regional Quality Leader.Roles and ResponsibilitiesGuarantee the Quality Control team has been working in compliance with QMS documents, applying methods to inspect, test and evaluate products and services according to quality standards and customer requirementsPreparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing dataPerforming detailed and recorded inspections of final products so the products are up to industry, company and customer standardsWorking according to deadlines for the delivery of products and servicesTraining and managing the production quality line staff to work on quality assessment of goodsResponsible for quality audits to identify gaps and opportunities to improve the processesLeads/Participates in RCA, NCA, CIR analysis, 6 sigma projects aimed at reducing cost of quality and improving on time delivery and customer satisfactionHandles complex manufacturing processes. Manufacturing department has to define approaches. Variety due to customization to client needs.Work Experience Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
