This position requires strategic insight and planning as well as hands-on execution with the day-to-day coordination and program management of all aspects of the initiatives and campaigns.Responsibilities:An Account Based Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) in order to optimize engagement within specific accounts. These individuals perform research on target accounts to discover new opportunities, and partner with sales account management teams to build tailor made, high-impact programs. As an Account Based Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop and execute target account strategies to support account-based selling, plus you will ensure that existing accounts are having an enjoyable customer experience. More specifically, you’ll get to: Develop growth strategies with the sales team in order to optimize engagement within high-value accountsPresent metrics to measure the performance of existing marketing and sales campaignsIdentify the most effective marketing materials, channels, and messaging for key accountsWe’re looking for a flexible team player with excellent problem-solving skills, ingenuity and a high level of comfort with handling multiple projects at any one time.Able to demonstrate strong project management capability.Must have a level of confidence and experience interacting with leadership and external audiences.Exceptional project management, organizational, multi-tasking and time-management skills.Able to demonstrate senior stakeholder management capability.
