Título: Marketing Manager (Go to Market and Branding)

ResponsibilitiesLead Market Access and Branding team by implementing projects (national and/or regional), managing routine and driving the implementation together with Sales force; Prepare and conduct discussion to define and implement Go to Market per region; Be responsible for branding area considering on and off line communication approach, including events; Find new solutions/approaches that can support the contribution to value creation, customer relationship and engagement, volumes and margins; Define, develop, and execute marketing strategies to drive the desired lead generator, customer acquisition, growth in market share and revenues; Be responsible for demand creation through effective loyalty models using rewards and benefits strategies according to each sales channel; Work closely with Marketing areas, Sales team and Market Development team to develop, conceptualize, and execute of positioning strategies that build awareness and equity for Yara´s Brands (therefore for Yara, its crop solutions, products and services); Stimulate the evolution from product oriented to customer centric aligned with all communications and engagement processes with partners and sales force; Define communication strategies and analysis of customer/crop segmentation to support sales performance, marketing initiatives and annual sales targets plan; Manage budget and spend, aligning investment decisions with business priorities and the needs of the growth to meet their goals and aligned with business strategy. Profile Spirit of collaboration, protagonist, curiosity, sense of ownership and respect for differences; Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or other; Post-graduate studies appreciated; Deep knowledge in Go To Market and Branding built in industries and/or in leading consulting company; Experience leading teams, in change management, projects, and initiatives with commercial teams; Fluency in English and other language is an asset. Visionary, strategic, analytical, and proactive; Consolidated business analysis and marketing skills; Experience in initiatives with interactions with global headquarter will be a differential; Confidence and expertise to build trust with and work closely with leaders in the company, with sound ability to influence and counsel leaders and employees on all levels.
