Duties and Responsibilities: Key responsibilities include but aren’t limited to: Guidance: This section should describe the position’s responsibilities in the business process. Role in Business Process Description of Role/Responsibility Results What business results is this position accountable for? What are the key initiatives and challenges facing this position over the next 6 months to 3 years? Support LATAM team in all operational issues related in the region.Ad-hoc BI analysis to complement the Corp provided reports.As required, support the red-carpet process (Planning and reporting)Monitor reason-codes and VoP/VoC to provide feedback to the product / segment team.Send weekly status to Account Teams and field communicating findings from the Satisfaction Desk.LATAM Site updatesProvide reports and keep track of the Contactability Project progress with weekly report updates.Support to teams through Office Hours solving doubts regarding contactability metrics that must be corrected. Position Scope In what ways and levels does this position affect the Client: team-wide impact, department-wide impact, division-wide impact, domestic only, regional, worldwide, etc.?Regional impact (LATAM) Decision Making What are the key decisions that need to be made in this job? What is the importance/impact of these decisions? Which decisions would need to defer to the Client stakeholder?All the decisions are discussed with the LATAM Lead (Client’s stakeholder) Strategy and Development To what extent is the position responsible for the strategy, design, development, rollout, or implementation of new programs, products, processes, and/or services?New processes to improve the execution in LATAM Communication/Business Relationships What other internal communication/business relationships does this position have with senior Client management, peers, and positions outside the immediate workgroup? What is the purpose/type of communication: data collection, negotiation, status reports, etc.?Summary Reports and meeting participation (strategic reviews, planning, results reports) What type of external communication/business relationships does this position have with other vendors or partners?None Fiscal Responsibilities Is the position responsible for budget, revenue targets, cost recovery, or other financial business metrics? If so, for which metrics and how much?None Requirements: Completed Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, master’s level education is a plusFluent in Spanish and English.Demonstrated customer service, listening, and comprehension skillsDemonstrated BI Experience.Ability to work with complex procedures and program guidelinesProblem-solving. Organizational skills and follow through disciplineEffectively communicate and work with professionals in other departments and customers, which may lead to independent decision making.Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to pay attention to details and be organized.Independent worker, proactive, a self-starter, detail-oriented, analytical, and with the ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.Excellent/Advanced knowledge of MS-Office Suite specifically Excel, PowerPoint.Goal-oriented and objective achievements. Work under pressureAbility to gather and analyze a variety of data points (qualitative and quantitative) and pare that information down to the most important insights for the businessAbility to digest information and extract main communication points Data Protection Requirement Adhere to all N3 Data Protection policies, standards, and procedures per your role.
