This person will own and manage the end-to-end recruiting process across Latin America including Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Columbia, Ecuador, Peru, Central America, as well as the Caribbean & Puerto Rico.Other Responsibilities:Leverage all tools, KPIs and methods of the recruiting portfolio (incl. active sourcing) to identify, assess and select the right candidatesDeliver slates of qualified and diverse talents for current and anticipated roles in the organization.Ensure every candidate/hiring manager has a positive experience throughout the entire hiring cycle. You will also build strong relationships with HRBPs, HR CoEs and the business. In this role you will be reporting to the GTA Lead, Americas.Conduct competency based and cultural mindset focused interviews, initiate online assessments and interpret the results, create offers and trigger contract creationProvide accurate and timely updates on applicant activity, track talent acquisition metrics and report trends and issues to TA leadership, providing recommendations for improvement.Meet Global Talent Acquisition goals for time-to-fill, cost per hire, diverse candidate slates, candidate pipelines, and compliance.Requirements:5+ years’ experience recruiting all levels of talent across a range of functions as a corporate in-house recruiter or in an RPO model is required.Extensive experience in candidate assessment, as well as recruiting principles, theories and concepts with ability educate hiring managers on conducting behavior-based interviewing and compliant candidate selection practices.Demonstrated success in the use of social media and sourcing tools in addition to LinkedInExtensive knowledge of at least one applicant tracking system (ideally Workday) and proficiency with Microsoft Office suiteFAbility to work in a fast paced and dynamic environmentAuthentic, empathetic, curious, courageousFluency in English, Spanish & Portuguese PreferredExperience in Pharmaceutical industry strongly desiredRecruitment agency or international recruitmentWho we are … Organon delivers ingenious health solutions that enable people to live their best lives.
