You will face a disruptive and emerging business model that will push you in several areas, with no boundaries for creation and collaboration.THE OPPORTUNITYWe are looking for a Projects Management Director for Global Sales to join our Global Sales Operations team in São Paulo (remote to start), this person will report to the Vice President of Sales Operations and play an important role in shaping Gympass’s Global Sales Operations, sales systems and tools architecture for our business, enabling our sales team to be as efficient and productive as possible. We’re looking for a high-energy candidate with exceptional quantitative, communication, project management, and people management skills. Additionally, someone who has a strong understanding of sales systems and tools, sales processes, and key technology trends can influence and drive change. This is a highly strategic position that is responsible for using influence skills to identify, prioritize, and implement high-impact Sales Systems initiatives. In addition, this role will provide expertise in the design strategy for these systems.YOUR IMPACT Lead a team of 4 people (Individual Contributors & People Managers) to transform our business;Work closely with the technical team responsible for developments and be able to clearly communicate with them, prioritize projects and requirements, having a good relationship, and responsible for representing sales team;Conduct in-depth analysis (discovery processes) of our various sales businesses and develop a deep understanding of the key system and process value drivers to identify improvement areas and opportunities;Bring clear strategic thinking and excellent problem-solving skills to a range of challenging sales systems and tools business questions;Maintain a tech-savvy perspective, staying abreast of current sales technology trends;Identify opportunities, develop strategies, and design the execution of projects and programs to increase productivity and improve operational efficiency with systems and tools, including training sessions and developing support materials;Combine subsystems into cohesive units to better support business objectives, drive process efficiencies, and do not disrupt any process;Analyze existing sales systems and infrastructure to determine upgrade needs, new tools, and integration possibilities;Partner closely with global senior leaders and executives to drive adoption of key systems;Communicate effectively with partners at all levels, especially senior executives on systems infrastructure capabilities and solutions;Cultivate relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Legal, Operations, Marketing, and Sales Operations to drive strategic initiatives. WHO YOU ARE 8+ years experience at Consulting firms, Banking, Startups, or Product/Project Management;2+ years of team management experience;MBA or Masters degree is a plus;Preferably bachelor degree of Engineering, Business Administration or Economics or other quantitative fields;Native Portuguese and Fluent English;Likes to deal with people, able to listen to feedback and inputs, give the right level of support and create actionable ideas;Ability to work at a strategic level, but equally as happy getting your hands on;Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously and successfully;Proactive, energetic, self-driven, exceptional, and effective with both written and communication skills;Adaptable and comfortable with a highly demanding and changing business environment;Leadership and collaboration: strong team leadership and project management skills, the ability to mobilize a diverse set of stakeholder teams towards a common goal;Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to a changing environment;CRM migration experience is a plus (or other relevant, large team tool migration experience);Knows Excel skills to be able to run some interesting analyses.
