Janssen Business Quality is recruiting for a Regional Business Quality Supervisor – Multiple Location – Fixed term 12 months.

This person will be Responsible to support GxP Quality Management System activities at regional level, including commercial Supplier Management, Internal Audit oversight and supporting Quality System initiatives across LATAM including all clusters (Mexico, Latin America South, Latin America North, Central America and Caribbean and Brazil).

On this role, this person will report to Regional BQ Manager and work closely to BQ regional leaders, ensuring quality & compliance at Janssen commercial process, minimizing quality risks to our patients, as well as improving experiences of our commercial partners and cross functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Janssen commercial team with GxP supplier’s qualification, ensuring quality & compliance to the relevant procedures and J&J enterprise standards.
  • Oversight of a regional internal audit program, by developing and maintaining an audit schedule. As well as, proposing tools to improve capabilities for audits cross the region.
  • Perform awareness and training sections to key stakeholders across LATAM to improve the culture of quality regarding purchasing control and Audit process
  • Share best practices related to supplier mgmt. and audits to improve capabilities of BQ team
  • Lead regional initiatives related to key quality elements, to improve quality processes, and requiring interface and support to BQ local team at country level.
  • Support on corrective and preventive actions by leading quality investigations, risk assessments, actions plan, as well as, trending analysis and proposing process improvement.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Education:

  • Bachelor’s in pharmacy / Chemistry / Biosciences / Engineering / Operations Management (Business) or related subject.
  • Experience and Skills:


    Required:

  • Experience in Quality & Compliance functions in regulated products industries (Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices or Cosmetics).
  • Experience with Internal Audit Management programs applicable to Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices or Cosmetics.
  • Lead auditor capabilities for external and internal audits.
  • Experience in quality regional role &/OR leadership of Quality projects.
  • Proven communication, presentation, and influence skills.
  • Preferred:

  • Lead Quality auditor certified.
  • Experience in receiving corporate/internal audits.
  • Good skills in working under matrix structure (cross-function, cross-segment).
  • Self-awareness and adaptability.
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Results oriented.
  • Experience on Supplier Quality management roles, as well as qualification processes.
  • Other:

  • Advanced in English – Required.
  • Intermediary in Spanish – desired.
