Regional Product Manager | VACCINES

Position General description: 

  • This position is responsible for actively participating in the development of the regional go to market strategy and deliverables for our vaccines portfolio in the LATAM region and will report to the Director, Strategic Marketing LATAM.
  • Working with the IBVT team to develop regional strategy and tactics for vaccines
  • Connect with global colleagues to effectively integrate and provide visibility to local needs
  • Leading development of regional marketing tools for the vaccines portfolio
  • Managing regional brand budget and identifying cost efficiencies
  • Main responsibilities: 

  • Leadership of launch process integrating cross functional perspectives and alignment
  • Responsible to partner with the local operating companies and global colleagues for material development, market research, advisory board execution, sales training, local and regional congresses, understanding of sales structure and selling platform. 
  • Displays expertise of critical therapeutic area. Exhibits effective planning and prioritization skills. 
  • Provide leadership across the region to coordinate key deliverable timeline and strategic and tactical agreement. 
  • Identifies and communicates business opportunities to strengthen the brand 
  • Prioritization of marketing deliverables based on launch timeline for each country in region 
  • Identifies product-specific regional growth initiatives and provide collaboration, networking and support to operating companies in their execution 
  • Maintains and exchanges best practices within the region 
  • Responsible for management of regional brand budget 
  • Reports to: DIRECTOR, STRATEGIC MARKETING LATAM, MARKETING REGIONAL 

    Position can be based in: 

  • Argentina > Buenos Aires 
  • Brazil > São Paulo > São Paulo 
  • Colombia > Distrito Capital de Bogotá > Bogotá 
  • Mexico > Distrito Federal 
  • Panama > Panama
  • Qualifications

    Educational Requirement: 

  • BA/BS
    Required
  • MBA Preferred 
  • Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of pharma sales/marketing, strategic marketing experience. 
  • Solid marketing background (5+ years of experience) 
  • Experience in launching products 
  • Other competences: 

  • Strong communication skills 
  • Ability to drive teams to consensus 
  • Masters complexity on multiple levels 
  • Exhibits organizational savvy 
  • Drives and executes innovative and creative solutions 
  • Strong analytic skills

  • Language: English fluent; and Portuguese or Spanish native 

    Travel: 35%
