About the team Do you enjoy delivering a great customer experience and interacting with customers and colleagues all over the world? Do you have a knack for digging into problems and constantly expanding your knowledge? If you answered yes, this role may be a great fit for you! What you’ll do: You will help delight SAP customers by analyzing and resolving known errors. You will do it by means of Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs), solved customer incidents, documentation, or verifying the configuration. You will share knowledge by creating KBAs, discussing solutions with colleagues, and participating in forums. You will learn a lot of technical and business topics through classroom training, remote training sessions, mentoring, and e-Learning trainings. When needed, you will report errors to development teams. Monitor and enable SLA fulfillment via queue monitoring. Conduct root-cause analysis of product and configuration issues. Close cooperation with other Product Support teams and Development Support. Professional, proactive communication with SAP customers & colleagues. Who you are: University Students currently studying IT or related with at least two years until graduation. English: Fluent level is required (oral and written). You will be in contact with customers and colleagues globally via email, system and phone. Knowledge in SQL/database architecture and troubleshooting is a must. Ability in troubleshooting, root cause analysis. Customer focus and communication skills (oral/written). Flexible approach to working in teams as well as environment. Self-motivated, proactive and solution oriented individual. Knowledge of operating systems (Unix/Windows) would be a benefit.
