We are divided into Performance, Content, and Communications, working together in a dynamic, friendly, and challenging environment to fulfill our goals.About the roleAs a Senior Visual Designer, you will lead the planning and development of visual communications for Marketing, Events, and other areas, being the reference point for new ideas with impeccable execution and deep impact.In this role, you willDevelop visual communications, from planning to execution, of marketing campaigns and branded Events communications, such as VTEX DAY; Create projects that respect the visual identity system of VTEX while generating a positive impact on the audience; Manage designers from agencies, validating assets with the branding team; Plan and develop multi-platform assets to better fulfill campaign’s needs across channels, both on digital and offline media, choosing and developing the best formats to reach VTEX’s goals; Develop Landing Pages that apply the best practices of UX and UI while generating conversion;We want someone who hasBachelor’s degree in Design, Communications or related field;Advanced English level;At least 4 years in a similar role with comparable goals and responsibilities (marketing for a B2B technical or IT company, preferred) with a portfolio to demonstrate it;Proven record of managing multifaceted, global content projects with tight deadlines;Total knowledge of the Adobe SuiteExperience in developing multi-platform assets;Experience with UX and UI and tools such as Figma and XD;Basic WordPress knowledge;Basic Motion knowledge.We want someone who isSelf-driven, goal-oriented, independent, proactive and accountable;Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;Comfortable to work at a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment;Willing to learn and share knowledge with others and comfortable participating in cross-functional teams, building relationships of mutual trust;Dynamic, navigating easely through different subjects, solutions and areas of the e-commerce business and from strategy to operational activities;Creative, well-informed and curios, with good references, ideas to share and energy to dig deep into subjects;Resilient, with energy to create and implement content initiatives that fulfills the goals of the company.BENEFITS• Competitive compensation• Profit-sharing• Flexible work schedule• Food voucher (Flash)• Health, dental and life insurance• Child care assistance• Extended parental leaves• Gympass partnership (access to 2700+ gyms)• Language scholarship: 65% subsidies in English, Spanish and Portuguese courses• Free shipping on 1000+ VTEX stores—ABOUT VTEXVTEX (NYSE: VTEX), the enterprise digital commerce platform for premier brands and retailers, is the leader in accelerating commerce transformation in Latin America and now expanding globally. Our platform enables our customers to execute their commerce strategy, including building online stores, integrating and managing orders across channels, and creating marketplaces to sell products from third-party vendors.
