Do you want to join our Big Dream and be part of this team?Besides conquering the world, as Senior Performance Analyst your activities will be: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive users acquisition and revenue for our B2C products and apps in Brazil and others LatAm countries;Create strategies for all acquisition channels, including media plans focused in conversion rate and return on investment;Drive engagement campaigns with our users across all touch points, including email, in-app notifications, in-app banners, social media, among others.Collaborate with new ideas, seek new opportunities, plan and execute experiments to grow our digital products based on best practices and benchmarking;Manage ad and analytics platforms like Google, Facebook, among others;Report and evaluate results creating action plans to optimize the costs and investments. What’s mandatory: Proven experience managing online media campaigns;Advanced level of knowledge on ad platforms like Google and Facebook with deep experience on different tactics to optimize campaigns and creatives;Plan and adapt campaigns for different strategies, considering the whole user journey and collaborating with other teams like Creative, Tech and Product;Ability to negotiate with media companies, media partners, influencers and new channels;Pragmatic and strong analytical skills. You will work with business KPIs like New Users, CAC (Client Acquisition Cost), Revenue, TPV (Total Processed Volume) and GMV (Gross Merchandising Volume);Strong logical thinking to create and lead marketing campaigns based in data analysis of previous results;Advanced English to communicate (calls, emails, slack…) with teams outside Brazil; What else would we like to see? Experience with marketing for apps and online shopping;Knowledge of Marketing Cloud tools (Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, RD Station, Hubspot or others)Knowledge of Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, AppsFlyer or others)Knowledge of SEO/ASO;Knowledge of affiliates programs;Ad platform certifications;Excellent communication skills;Results-driven;Team player mindset;Ability to quickly adapt to changes.
