Do you have a passion for Service and Customer Support? Then we would love to hear from you. Support and renew the company’s services via telephone or electronic means to customers in assigned territory. May generate prospective customers through cold calling and may qualify and follow up with sales leads.Drive improvement in billable service business . Serve as a point of contact to customers, sales, engineers, District Managers, and supplier with the objective of retaining growing business.As necessary, provide customers with all vital information in order to facilitate the service sales transactions.Provide pricing and proposals. Work closely with Service Sales leader to find opportunities, provide leads, and add service agreements. Provide leads to Service Management and Outside Service Sales by using customer purchasing trends on service/supplies/parts.Service campaign development – find opportunities for inbound and outbound campaigns, early renewal incentive programs, customer loyalty programs, etc.Proposal generation for new (support for Field Service Managers and Outside Service Sales) and existing customers (re-value selling existing agreements to ensure business is retained).Long cycle sales prospect.Be able to generate pipeline in SalesForce and manage opportunities.Who you areAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, or related field and one year of relevant experience.At least 1 year of experience.In depth understanding of chromatographic science products and instrumentation and our markets, preferredStrong Effective Communication; excellent oral & written communication skills,Positive attitude with a phenomenal outlook to actioning objectives and works with integrity.Proven ability to learn quickly with a willingness to acquire functional knowledge and understanding of company products, policies and procedures.Superior telephone etiquette, build relationships and problem solving in the moment with clear details, facts, and follow-up activities, speaks credibly with customers, delivers a compelling message with ability to go off script.Experience with Web applications as well as Microsoft suite of products.Travel availability.English and Spanish – advanced.When you join us, you’ll also be joining Danaher’s global organization, where 69,000 people wake up every day determined to help our customers win.
