Sr Manager IT Services Operations Join us as a Senior Manager on our IT Services team in Brazil to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact. What you’ll achieve The IT Ops Engineering Sr. Manager is responsible for leading the team accountable for pro-active support of IT applications production stability, End of life upgrade and compliance activities of the domain(s) of the supply chain utilized by Dell worldwide business users and customers & working closely with end business users, Engineering teams and first response teams You will: Lead the team accountable for pro-active support of IT applications & infrastructure foot print production stability Security & compliance activities of the domain(s) of the supply chain utilized by Dell worldwide business users and customers & working closely with end business users Lead engineering teams Lead conduit / Influence with Business Partners & Customers in DAO time zone ensuring high availability of the Supply chain business capabilities leveraging the IT applications & Infrastructure footprint An integral part the transformation to Supply Chain Reliability engineering and growing the team to their best-value attainment. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements Solid experience in Support, Testing or application reliability or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Solid experience in direct /indirect management experience and 5+ years of leading end user support in a global enterprise A key understanding of Supply Chain & Enterprise Business with ability to develop productive and consultative working relationships across Business and IT teams Inclusive part of the Global Leadership team transforming the function to a proactive business process support leveraging Modernization Proven experience in finding creative ways to execute in a fast paced work environment and a track record of delivering results on time and on budget; a passion to bring order from chaos and an obsession with delivering excellent customer service experiences; extreme attention to detail Desirable Requirements Prior experience in managing global projects with teams across multiple time zones is highly preferred.
