Position Description:LOCATION Recife (PE) POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES1 – Local Agency Management Control and guarantee the quality of the services provided by the laborprovider (visit, productivity, training, contractual turnover, etc.) in theregional Lead the agency’s performance, directing the strategy and encouragingactions to motivate the team 2 – Planning Dimension and define roles and responsibilities as well as field team KPIs Ensure the adherence of the variable remuneration of the field team to thelocal objectives of the company Ensure the training of the field team Design and ensure the execution of the Motorola service route Plan seasonal, off-promo and regional launches, defining short and mediumterm goals and actions Plan the most appropriate relationship model for each regional customer 3 – SellOut Ensure the participation of the regional in the company’s total SellOut goal Promote incentive actions to leverage Motorola’s participation in the storessales share Support local Motostores partners in SellOut promotion actions 4 – Field Execution Ensure the placement of merchandising pieces, respecting Motorola’sExecution Cycle and Planogram as well as the orientation of special POSprojects Define plan to win space in the POS (Floor Share and spaces inside thestore) to increase the visibility of Motorola products Execute the experience and activation actions defined for the regional Execute the training plan as well as special educational projects definedfor the regional POS 5 – Relationship with Regional Customers Prospect opportunities through relationships with regional customerrepresentatives (store managers and regional customer teams) Position Requirements: SKILLS ___ • Holistic view of the business• Empathy and ease of relationship• Leadership and communication skills• Analytical ability• Liking the “road”• Creativity EXPERIENCE• Trade Marketing, Sales or related areas• Deep knowledge of local players in Brazil North and Northeast regions• Preferably with field experience and relationship with local customers• Preferably with experience in the telecom or electronics industry LANGUAGES• English required• Spanish would be a differentiator We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against anyemployee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age,religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basisof disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
